We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused

• In its original condition

• In the original packaging

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after 14 days.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirmation. If approved:

• We’ll issue your refund to your original payment method

• Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days

• A return shipping label will be provided once your return is approved.

⚠️ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

• Items are used, damaged, or missing parts

• Return is requested after 14 days
  (These may be rejected depending on the condition)

🔄 Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged on arrival.

We’ll respond within 24 hours.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
