📦 HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (usually within 24 hours). If our warehouse is backed up, processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed.


🚚 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.


🕐 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard: 3–5 days

  • Standard Tracked: 2–4 days

  • Expedited Tracked: 1–2 days

All UK orders over £29.99 qualify for free Standard delivery.


✈️ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping is not supported at this time.


🧳 WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Sometimes — depending on product size or supplier, your items may arrive in separate packages. If so, they may be delivered 1–2 days apart.


📍 CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?

Maybe! Orders are packed fast — usually within 24 hours.
If you notice an error, please email support@float-topia.com immediately with your name and order number. If the order hasn’t left our warehouse, we’ll do our best to correct it.


🛑 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it.
Please contact us ASAP at support@float-topia.com. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — it will need to be processed as a return.


❌ WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED?

If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email. If it won’t be restocked within 2 weeks, we’ll issue an automatic refund for the item.
